 Please Note: 

  • All transactions incur a postage & handling charge -  (less than 6 pages $1.00. - 6 to 10 pages or A4 certificate $1.50. More than 10 pages $2.00 or your supply of suitable stamped addressed envelope)
  • An additional $2.00 plus postage is payable for incorrect information resulting in return of form to Breeder.
  • Interstate/Overseas bred cats now residing in Queensland must be registered in Queensland before their progeny can be registered.
  • Prefixes must be registered in the same name as the Owner of the Dam.
  • If the Sire is not currently registered with QFA Inc a copy of its' certified registration/pedigree is required.
  • All Dams must be registered with QFA Inc.
  • You are required to register ALL surviving progeny of a Litter.
  • Kittens may be registered As ' Pet Only' –'To Be Desexed' Or 'Not to be transferred again entire' but must not be registered as desexed unless this procedure has actually been carried out prior to registration. Please tick relevant box if required.
  • All kittens must be registered by nine (9) months.
